We currently ship across India. For bulk or international orders, please contact us directly.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During festivals or high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for select orders or promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your package in real-time.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email rootsandragas@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
