We take great care to ensure that every Roots & Ragas product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues, here’s how we can help.


1. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rootsandragas@gmail.com with your:

    • Order details

    • Images of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund (credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days)


2. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products without original packaging
