1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

After reviewing your request, we will either:

Offer a replacement, or

Issue a refund (credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days)
2. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
